Booking fee can be paid by Bank Transfer or PayPal.
The final balance payment must to be made on the day of the session via Bank Transfer, PayPal or cash. 

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation can be made via call, text or e-mail at least a week prior the day of the session.
Please BE AWARE that the retainer of £50 is not refundable in any case.
I understand that emergencies or sickness happen and for this reason the session can be re-scheduled to a new date within 2 months period.

If Client can not do the session within 2 months ALESSIA GALEFFI Baby Photography has the right to cancel the booking with the retainer payment made non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation from ALESSIA GALEFFI Baby Photography a new date will be given to the Client.
If Photographer and Client can not find any accordance then the full refund of the retainer will be done.
Do not be in late as the Photographer might have another session booked after yours.

Every minutes of delay will be reduce from your total session's time, after 15 minutes the Photographer has the right to cancel your session and no refund will be done.

 

DIGITAL IMAGES

Each package includes all the images fully edited on a USB. Before collect your presentation box with USB  you will received an online gallery in order to choose your extra prints or products. This link will be available for one week. After that time Photographer has the right to cancel the photos from the systems without further notice.

Presentation box will be ready to be collected after 2 weeks from the session day. 

 

LIABILITY

The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be

responsible for their children and for themselves and release the Photographer Baby Photography from any and all

actions, claims or demands that they may have now or in the future, whether known or unknown, ALESSIA GALEFFI

Baby Photography , including without limitation those related to injury to or death of persons, or damage, loss or

destruction of property arising out of or in connection with the Session or any products related thereto.

 

COPYRIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP

Editing or altering of the images in terms of style, color, additions, subtractions, cropping or any other form of post-

production is not permitted. ALESSIA GALEFFI Baby Photography has the right to use the images wholly or in part

for portfolio, display, advertising, marketing and editorial in a variety of print and digital format. Client must to inform

the Photographer if does not want let their images publish. Client has the right to do not allow the photographer to use

their digital images. In this case the Client MUST to write a note by e-mail on the same time of the booking, otherwise

ALESSIA GALEFFI Baby Photography does not considering it.

ALESSIA GALEFFI Baby Photography can not be held responsible for poor quality prints from printing shops or online printers. The Photographer can provide you with professional prints.

 

I (Client) understand and accept the conditions of this contract. I agree to abide by its terms of agreement set out in it. I understand that the terms of this agreement cannot be changed unless agreed by both parties in writing. By booking and paying session fee Client does agree on Term and Conditions stated above.
